After years of feeling neglected and ripped off as a leaseholder, I decided to launch a new kind of block management agency – one that puts the interests of residents first. Using my experience as a management consultant and Cambridge graduate, I have founded the company I always wished I could find to manage my own property.

Your home should be a sanctuary, but worries about repairs, maintenance and major works can cast a shadow over it. I believe passionately that residents should always feel listened to by their managing agent, and have a say in decisions made regarding their property.
